TERMS

Terms of Service

Last updated: September 7, 2026

The agreement

These terms are a contract between you (or the organization you represent) and Lettrove. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the authority to do so.

Your account & organization

You are responsible for your credentials and for the people you invite. Roles you assign (owner, admin, editor, viewer) control what your members can do; actions they take within those roles are attributed to your organization.

Acceptable use

Lettrove exists to send email people want. You agree not to use it to:

  • send spam or email to recipients who have not consented, or ignore unsubscribe requests;
  • send unlawful, deceptive, or malicious content (including phishing or malware);
  • violate the terms of the email, CRM or other services you connect to Lettrove;
  • probe, disrupt or overload the service, or access another organization’s data.

Every marketing email you send must include a working unsubscribe mechanism and your valid physical address, as applicable law (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL and similar) requires. We may suspend sending that endangers deliverability for other customers.

Your content

You own the templates, images and campaigns you create. You grant us the limited license needed to store, render and deliver them — that is all we do with them. You are responsible for having the rights to the content and recipient lists you use.

Connected services

When you connect a third-party service (an email provider, CRM, storage or AI provider), you authorize Lettrove to act on your behalf within the scopes you grant. Your use of those services remains governed by their own terms. You can revoke a connection at any time; its stored credentials are deleted immediately.

AI features

AI-generated content is produced by machine models and may be inaccurate. Review before you send — you are responsible for what your organization publishes and delivers.

Availability & changes

We work to keep Lettrove available and fast, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation. We may improve or change features; if a change materially reduces the service you pay for, we will tell you first.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

You can stop using Lettrove and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable. Sections that by their nature survive (content ownership, liability limits) survive termination.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms materially, we will notify account owners by email before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
